Teams Moving Up and Upcoming Summer Pool League

As the 2025 Aactive Pool League Playoffs concluded, we witnessed some thrilling matches and exceptional performances. This year, the excitement was palpable as teams competed fiercely for their chance to win their respective division and earn the Division Winners Jackets. As in past seasons, 10% of the teams in each division based on playoff performance will be advancing to the next level. This upward movement is a testament to the dedication and skill of the players involved.

Any player that is listed on a teams roster who played a minimum of one game during the playoffs will have their rank elevated to the next level on September 1st, 2025. This advancement opens new opportunities for players to compete at higher tiers. Players must compete for a minimum of 2 years at the next level before they can apply to be dropped down.

The following teams in each division will move up for the 2025/26 season:

Fun League

  • 1st – Straight Shooters
  • 2nd – Stick It To Em

Cash 1 League

  • 1st – Sling Shot
  • 2nd – Gin Bros
  • 3rd – The Hangover
  • 4th – Pool Tang Clan

Cash 2 League

  • 1st – Pho Cue
  • 2nd – Boogie Knights
  • 3rd – The Domin8tors
  • 4th – Crash Bang Donvito

Cash 3 League

  1. 1st – CORPU
  2. 2nd – Cuevas Bakery
  3. 3rd – Just Wanta Play

Cash Plus League

  1. 1st – Da Crazy 8ers
  2. 2nd – Gambling Fools

Vegas League

  • 1st – Hangars Hooligans
  • 2nd – Super MJ

Super Vegas League

  • 1st – Shoot My Balls

2025 Summer Team League Registration

With the playoffs behind us, it’s time to focus on the upcoming 2025 Summer Team League. The registration deadline for this exciting league is Monday, June 9th, so teams need to act quickly to secure their spots. The league promises to be a hub of competitive spirit and camaraderie.

Teams will consist of four players (plus spares), and participants have the flexibility to choose between playing on Tuesday or Wednesday nights. I hope having the two nights of play as an option helps the players fit the league into their varied schedules, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the league’s vibrant atmosphere. Cost is $10.00 per player per night (plus table plugs). No Sanction Fee is charged for the Summer League. Summer League Playoffs will take place on August 15th to 17th at Sonix Bat & Grill.

We are introducing a new handicap system for this years Summer League. Handicaps will be based on a players CSR (Compusport Rating). All players that have played previously in the league will have one. How the handicap is calculated on a league night:

  • Each team enters their players on the Compusport App.
  • It will total the CSR of all 4 players on each team.
  • Compusport will then award 1 point of handicap for every 70 points difference in each teams CSR. This handicap will be applied in each round.
  • The handicap will be used during the Regular season, as well as the playoffs.

Introducing the Thursday Night Scotch Doubles League

In addition to the regular team league, Aactive is introducing a Thursday night Summer Scotch Doubles League. This unique league requires teams to consist of one male and one female player. This league, is  an excellent opportunity for players to enjoy a different format and engage in a more personal and dynamic competition. The cost for the Scotch Doubles League is $150 per team. Each team will play a 6 game match, with each team breaking three times. The league is 10 weeks long, with the playoffs taking place on Saturday, August 9th at Sonix Bar & Grill.

All league activities will take place at Sonix Bar & Grill, a venue known for its lively pool community and excellent facilities. Whether you’re a seasoned player or new to the league, Sonix Bar & Grill offers the perfect setting for thrilling matches and memorable nights.
