Good Afternoon,

Over the past few weeks, I’ve received several questions regarding the definitions of “Regular Player” and “Spare Player” on the Singles Stats Page. To clarify:

• A player must participate in at least 60% of available matches to be listed as a Regular Player.
• This requirement ensures that only those who meet the participation criteria are eligible for individual awards.
• Please note: The Regular or Spare designation in Compu Sport does not affect where a player appears on the stats page.

Sanction Fee Reminder
Players have until December 10th to pay their Sanction Fee before it increases by $10.00 (to either $50.00 or $70.00, depending on your league). Any player who has not paid by this date will be ineligible to attend the 2026 WCVNEA Championships or the 2026 BCA World Championships.

Championship Registration

• The deadline to register for the 2026 WCVNEA Championships in Edmonton is Friday, January 16th.
• Players must have at least 8 weeks of play by the deadline to be eligible.
• Registration opens December 1st at www.wcvnea.ca.
• All registrations must be completed online, and payments sent to payments@aactivecoin.com.

Mowat Cup League Playoffs

• Playoffs will be held January 3rd and 4th at Crazy 8 Billiards.
• The schedule will be posted on Compu Sport once all matches are completed.
• Players need a minimum of 6 weeks of play to qualify for the Mowat Cup Playoffs.

Office Closure Notice
I will be out of the office from Friday, December 5th at 4:00 pm until Tuesday, December 15th at 10:00 am. During this period:

• I will have limited access to texts, Facebook Messenger, and will not be available by phone.
• The best way to reach me is by email. If you need to add a player to your roster, please email me and I’ll do my best to assist – scott@aactivecoin.com
• Teams can add existing players to their roster themselves on the Compu Sport App.
• For immediate assistance, you can call the office during the day and Lisa will be happy to help.
